Abes Plastics is highly recommended by many. They are also the manufacturer for many shops/suppliers with highly marked up prices, so you can save quite a bit by purchasing from them directly.

Note that more ventilation holes is needed as Singapore is very humid and warm. If the enclosure is too warm, a hamster may only lay out in open and not burrow etc, from my personal experience.
